Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with K-12 students, demonstrating effective communication and intervention strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students overall development.
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with established goals.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP discussions.
