An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to support students in a dynamic educational environment. This contract position is designed for the 2025-2026 school year, offering the chance to work full-time with a diverse K-12 student population.

Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Familiarity with various speech and language disorders
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored IEPs for each student
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
- Conduct group and individual therapy sessions, maintaining a caseload cap of 55
