Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist in California

Are you a passionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a difference in students' lives through remote therapy? We are looking for an experienced virtual SLP to join our school-based team, delivering speech and language services to students from the comfort of your own home. In this teletherapy role, you'll help students overcome communication barriers that affect their academic success, self-confidence, and social interactions. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
  • Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA-CCC required
  • Current California SLP license/CTC
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
    • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($55/hr+ depending on experience)
