Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC License
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Experience with teletherapy modalities
- Familiarity with high school student needs and challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
- Cerro Gordo, IL (High School)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for a caseload of 45 students
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services, utilizing both in-person and teletherapy methods
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure student success
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with educational and health regulations
- Engage with students in a supportive manner that encourages confidence and skill development
