Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
- Implement evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals and monitor progress.
- Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 20 students, primarily in grades 6-8.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student assessments, progress, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Engage in regular communication with stakeholders regarding student needs and advancements in therapy methods.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those in middle school.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a split caseload.
