Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs of students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's requirements.
- Provide direct therapy services through teletherapy and in-person, as appropriate.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid California license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience in a school setting preferred, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong teletherapy skills and ability to engage students effectively in a virtual format.
- Compassionate communication style and a genuine commitment to student success.
