Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs of students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services through teletherapy and in-person, as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding speech and language development.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid California license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, particularly with K-12 students.
  • Strong teletherapy skills and ability to engage students effectively in a virtual format.
  • Compassionate communication style and a genuine commitment to student success.
