An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services in a K-12 school setting in Sunnyvale, CA. This contract position allows for flexibility while making a significant impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language skills using teletherapy platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of K-12 students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to create an integrated support system for students.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide training and resources to school staff and families to support speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP credentials.
- Experience with teletherapy practices and technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of students virtually.
