Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students from preschool through 8th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Utilize teletherapy methods to deliver effective speech and language therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with CCC certification.
  • Valid state licensure and certification for school-based settings.
  • Proficient in teletherapy techniques and technology.
  • Demonstrated experience working with middle school and preschool populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and families.
