Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students from preschool through 8th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Utilize teletherapy methods to deliver effective speech and language therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with CCC certification.
- Valid state licensure and certification for school-based settings.
- Proficient in teletherapy techniques and technology.
- Demonstrated experience working with middle school and preschool populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and families.

This contract position is set to begin on August 11, 2025, offering full-time hours from Monday to Friday. The expected caseload size is approximately 50-55 students, providing a fulfilling and impactful work experience.
