An opportunity is available for a skilled professional to support students in a K-12 educational setting, focusing on their communication needs. This full-time position is designed for individuals passionate about enhancing the lives of children through specialized therapy practices.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates may be considered (CFY Clinical Fellow Year)
- Certificatation (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional development and practices in therapy
Location:
- Tiffin, OH
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment for all students
