Qualifications:
- Certification as a SLP (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings.
- Previous work with students with diverse needs, including those requiring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff, parents, and other professionals.
- Proficient in conducting assessments and implementing treatment plans.
Location: Tiffin, OH
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teaching staff.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document therapeutic interventions.
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students in need of speech and language services.
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to promote effective communication skills.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
