This full-time position, spanning 37.5 hours per week, focuses on supporting students with diverse communication needs, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources necessary for their success.

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP Certification
• CCC-SLP or CFY credentials preferred
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
• Strong evaluation and assessment skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of current speech and language therapy practices

Location: Toledo, OR

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students on your caseload
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and relevant training
