Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
