Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a CCC (Certified Clinical Competence)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong case management skills, with the ability to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists
Location: Turlock, CA
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals for each student
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support students communication needs
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families regarding student development
- Manage a caseload of 26 students, with a focus on case management for 15 of these individuals
