Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credential.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Proficient in collaborative practices with educators and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student speech and language needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educators and parents.
• Provide direct therapy to students with identified speech and language disorders.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to collaborative care.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student development.
