Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credential.
- CCC-SLP certification preferred.
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Proficient in collaborative practices with educators and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student speech and language needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educators and parents.
- Provide direct therapy to students with identified speech and language disorders.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to collaborative care.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student development.
