Job Description
Engage your expertise in a part-time role within an elementary school setting, serving students from Kindergarten through fourth grade. This position focuses on providing speech-language pathology services to young learners, addressing their diverse communicative needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
- Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language support, including the use of AAC devices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' overall learning and communication goals.
- Maintain clear documentation of student progress and IEP compliance.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field.
- Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- Experience in a school setting, particularly with elementary students.
- Familiarity with AAC devices and their implementation in therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
