Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Communication Disorders
  • Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Strong understanding of K-12 education systems and speech therapy practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Experience with or knowledge of CF supervision is a plus

Location:
Warden, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students from PreK to 12th grade
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create supportive learning environments
  • Provide guidance to students and families regarding speech and language development
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
