Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, particularly in school settings
- Ability to work with students with varying speech and language impairments
- Proficient in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant educational laws and regulations

Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
