Job Description
A dynamic opportunity is available for experienced Speech Language Pathologists in an engaging educational environment. This contract position is located in Waukegan, IL, within an elementary school setting, catering to a diverse student population.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students
- Bilingual in Spanish for two of the positions; monolingual position also available
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Location: Waukegan, IL
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' goals
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
