Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and parents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with special education policies and procedures
Location:
- Waxahachie, TX
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators
- Provide direct services to students on your caseload, addressing a variety of communication disorders
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students overall development
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
