Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment in Wenatchee, WA. This position is designed for the 2025-2026 school year and focuses on providing exceptional communication support to students from August 2025 to June 2026.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Washington
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
Wenatchee, WA (K-12 School Environment)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language intervention
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a comprehensive support plan
