Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) West Chester, PA

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based role in West Chester, PA. This position offers the opportunity to work with elementary and middle school students in both individual and group therapy settings while managing a structured caseload.

Position Details:

• Location: West Chester, PA
• Schedule: Full-time
• Caseload: Approximately 50 students, grades 1st-8th
• Therapy Model: Combination of individual and group therapy
• Evaluations: Limited, with a primary focus on therapy sessions
• Indirect Work: Responsible for 4th quarter progress reports; minimal IEP writing (if any)
• Case Management: Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Conduct limited evaluations and track student progress
• Complete 4th quarter progress reports
• Work collaboratively with school staff, teachers, and families to support student learning
• Handle some case management responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license required
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
