Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
• Provide direct therapy to an elementary caseload of approximately 40 students.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Experience working in schools, particularly with pediatric populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
