Seeking a dedicated professional with expertise in SLP to support students in a K-12 educational environment. This full-time, onsite role is situated in West Lebanon, NH, for the duration of the school year, focusing on addressing the diverse communication needs of the student population.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech pathology
- Familiarity with healthcare settings and school environments
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Location: West Lebanon, NH
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders.
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities.
