Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a valid CCC-SLP credential.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in an elementary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Knowledge of current speech and language therapy practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' needs and progress.
- Stay current with developments in the field of speech-language pathology.
