Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) supervision experience
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Clearances for school employment
Location: Wilmington, DE
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students with identified speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff on speech and language development
