Qualifications:
- Masters degree in SLP.
- Pennsylvania state licensure as a SLP.
- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and educators.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in early intervention programs is preferred.
- Open to Clinical Fellows in Year (CFY).
Location: York, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide diagnosis for children requiring speech and language interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to support students communication goals.
- Provide direct therapy services in various settings, including preschools, daycares, and special education classrooms.
- Monitor and document students progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to student care.
