Qualifications:
- Valid Florida SLPA license
- Minimum of 6 months of direct clinical experience in the field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of speech and language disorders and treatment strategies

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist
- Provide direct support to students requiring speech and language intervention
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress, documenting outcomes as required
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to facilitate students' communication goals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies for student support
- Maintain professional and compliant documentation of services provided
