Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in school settings, particularly with diverse populations
- Strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Location:
- Sacramento, CA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student speech and language needs
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual student goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made
