Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Relevant experience working with elementary students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Knowledge of various speech and language disorders and relevant intervention strategies
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Valid state license or certification

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of speech and language therapy as outlined by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Support students with speech and language disorders in their daily academic activities
- Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to enhance students communication skills
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required
