Qualifications:
- Registered Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification
- Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Previous experience working with children, particularly in educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and staff
- Knowledge of diverse student needs and effective support strategies
- Proficient in data collection and documentation of student progress
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Support and implement speech and language therapy programs as directed by licensed speech-language pathologists
- Conduct one-on-one and small group sessions to facilitate communication skill development
- Assist in the assessment and documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
- Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with school policies
- Provide guidance and support to students and parents regarding communication skills
