Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan School Social Worker Credential

- Commitment to providing direct services to students with IEPs
Location: Cedar Springs, MI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Provide direct social work services to students with IEPs, fostering their emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to implement strategies that promote student success.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and necessary interventions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Advocate for students needs within the school and community.
