Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Valid 310 certification or comparable licensure.
- Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and administrative staff.
- Cultural competency and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and support services to students.
- Develop individualized plans addressing student social and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
- Facilitate workshops and training for staff on social-emotional learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- Coordinate with external agencies and resources as needed.
