Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan School Social Worker Credential
- Compliance with all Michigan Department of Education criteria for school social workers
- Strong background in conducting evaluations and functional behavior assessments
- Experience providing direct services to students with IEPs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
- Spring Lake, MI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and functional behavior assessments for students.
- Provide tailored social work services to meet the individual needs of students with IEPs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff on social-emotional learning and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
