Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching License
- Experience teaching high school grades, particularly 9th to 12th
- Familiarity with nonverbal students and those requiring specialized support (trach/feeding tubes)
- Strong collaboration skills with paraprofessionals and other support staff
- Transition planning experience for students with special needs

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Collaborate with support staff to create a comprehensive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
