Job Description
This full-time position is based in Aurora, IL, and requires on-site availability during school hours. With multiple openings, there is an opportunity to specify your preferred caseload, allowing you to align your strengths with the needs of the students.
Qualifications:
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with Special Education endorsement
- LBS1 certification required
- Experience working with K-12 students in a special education setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt instructional plans to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to create a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and ensure effective communication regarding student development
- Provide a structured and positive classroom environment conducive to learning
