Qualifications:
- Valid state certification in Special Education.
- Extensive experience in case management.

Location:

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 25-35 students, providing tailored support and guidance.
- Develop, implement, and review IEPs in collaboration with students, families, and staff.
- Offer direct services and consultative support as needed.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other specialists to ensure integrated support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions.
