ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Bloomfield, NJ, to hire a Special Education Teacher for the 2024-2025 extended school year. This full-time position involves working with a caseload, providing specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support to middle school students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support students social, emotional, and behavioral growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education
- Valid New Jersey Special Education teaching license
- Experience working withstudents preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
