Qualifications:
- Valid licensure in special education and administration
- Previous experience as a Team Chair
- Strong background in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with students, parents, and staff
- Lead and coordinate special education teams to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Advocate for student needs and promote inclusive practices within the school
- Evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
