Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Teaching License
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in special education
- Strong understanding of IEPs and commitment to student success

Location: Chandler, AZ
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address each student's unique needs
- Provide direct instruction in academic, social, behavioral, and life skills aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to create a comprehensive support system
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and engagement
