Job Description
A dynamic educational environment is seeking dedicated professionals to support middle school students with diverse learning needs for the 2025/2026 school year. There are four openings available for roles focused on providing specialized instruction and guidance in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Location: Cicero, IL
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs that reflect individual student goals and needs.
- Employ innovative and differentiated instructional strategies to enhance student learning.
- Monitor student progress toward IEP objectives and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic support system for students.
- Provide both push-in and pull-out support for students in ELA and Math.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Special Education (Bachelors or higher).
- Active Illinois teaching certification.
- Relevant experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
