Job Description
A dedicated professional is sought for a full-time position, offering a 12-month contract in Clifton Park, NY. This role involves working with young learners in integrated and self-contained preschool classrooms, focusing on students aged 3 to 5. The schedule is structured from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including summer school sessions.
Qualifications:
- New York State Certification in Special Education or Students with Disabilities (Birth to Grade 2) Required. Candidates actively pursuing certification may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of various teaching methodologies tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Experience working in early childhood education settings, particularly with special needs students.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, staff, and families to support student development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address the unique needs of each student.
