Location: Des Plaines, IL
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs that reflect each student's unique requirements.
- Employ innovative and differentiated instructional strategies to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress towards IEP goals and report outcomes effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster holistic student development.
- Provide both push-in and pull-out support for students in ELA and Math.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education.
- Active teaching certification in Illinois.
- Prior experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
