Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt instructional plans tailored to meet the individual needs of students with disabilities.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to each students learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral expectations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students needs and services.
- Create a positive and structured learning environment that promotes social and emotional development.
