Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Valid state certification or license in Special Education.
- Experience teaching students with varying disabilities, preferably in a K-12 setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement them effectively.
- Proficiency in collaborating with other educators, staff, and parents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.

- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs.
