Location: Gurnee, IL
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student's unique requirements.
- Utilize innovative and differentiated instructional strategies to engage and support students.
- Regularly monitor and assess student progress towards IEP goals, maintaining detailed records for reporting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create a comprehensive support system for students.
- Provide both push-in and pull-out services for students requiring assistance in ELA and Math.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education.
- Active Illinois teaching certification.
- Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
