• Bachelors degree in Special Education; Masters preferred.
• Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.

• Experience in K-12 settings, particularly with diverse populations.

Location:

• Helena, AR, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes southwest of Memphis, TN.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring that individual student goals are met.
• Create tailored lesson plans that accommodate the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to promote student success.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to track student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
