- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with general education teachers

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with fellow educators to facilitate inclusive practices within the classroom
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
- Foster a positive and structured learning environment for all students
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student development
