Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Licensure
- Experience working with early childhood-aged students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with staff and families

Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored educational support to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with families and support staff.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and development.
- Engage in ongoing assessment and documentation of student progress.
- Collaborate with other educators and specialists to enhance the overall learning experience.
