We are currently seeking afull-timecompassionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in New Hampshire. This position offers a supportive and collaborative environment, where you can make a meaningful difference in students' lives.

Position Overview:
This role involves working closely with educators, parents, and specialists to provide personalized support and resources, helping students excel both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Use evidence-based practices and innovative technologies to create engaging learning experiences.
  • Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies for maximum success.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and specialists to support student development.
  • Maintain open communication with parents and guardians about their child's progress and goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
  • Valid Special Education Teaching License or eligibility for certification.
  • Experience with students who have a range of learning needs and disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with assistive technology and adaptive tools.
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and positive behavior support strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
