Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse educational teams

Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instructional support to students in ASD classrooms, enhancing their learning experiences
- Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote inclusive practices
- Create a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
